FAQs

Q. Does my computer need to be programmed through a dealership?
A. Visiting a dealership will not be necessary, as most of our computers for sale are plug and play. Each module comes equipped with the newest factory software available at the time of shipment. Your car’s VIN is also pre-programmed into the computer. However, certain models for Ford vehicles require a locksmith program to be installed.

Q. What if my computer fails to work? Is the unit returnable?
A. Returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery. If you choose to return the unit, it must be undamaged and in its original condition. A refund or exchange of unit are the options offered to you in an instance such as this.

Q. How fast does my computer enter the shipping process?
A. Upon placement of orders or requests for an exchange, each unit is shipped within a mere 24 to 48-hour timeframe. Speedy delivery is maintained, thanks to Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, the methods we typically use for shipments.

Q. Am I required to return my old computer? What happens if I fail to do so?
A. Choosing not to return your old computer completely voids your warranty and a core charge may be required. Returning your old computer is a very important step—and these two reasons plainly demonstrate that.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Numerous payment methods are accepted, such as credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Other methods, such as Western Union and PayPal, are accepted as well. If none of these payment methods suit you, we also accept a check or money order, which you can send to the address below.
